2-6 days before check-in: 75% fee
1 day before or same day
0-1 days before check-in: No refund
All cancellations must be made through email or direct contact. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days using the original payment method. For reservations made through OTA platforms (Booking.com, Airbnb, etc.), the respective platform's cancellation policy applies.
