Getting Around — 5 min from Hongik University Station
Da-woo House is a 5-minute walk from Hongik University Station, served by Seoul Metro Line 2, AREX (Airport Railroad), and the Gyeongui-Jungang Line. From Incheon Airport, take the AREX All-Stop train; the Express train does not stop at Hongik University Station and runs non-stop to Seoul Station instead. It takes about 50–60 minutes with no transfers.
Getting to Seoul's major attractions is easy. Line 2 is a circular line that connects you to Myeongdong, Gangnam, and Itaewon within 30 minutes. Bus stops are also just 3 minutes on foot.
Taxis are easy to find even late at night. Use the Kakao Taxi app for hassle-free rides. Shared scooters and bikes are abundant nearby for short trips.
Shopping — 200m to Hongdae Shopping Street
Walk 3 minutes from Da-woo House and you're on Hongdae's main shopping street. K-beauty, K-fashion, vintage clothing, and independent designer shops line the streets — a true shopping paradise.
Every Saturday, the Hongdae Free Market offers handmade accessories, art, and crafts. Head towards Sangsu-dong for unique boutiques and galleries.
Nearby Yeonnam-dong is packed with trendy cafes and restaurants, connected by the scenic Gyeongui Line Forest Park walking trail.

Can I drop my bags before check-in in Hongdae?
Yes. Luggage storage at Da-woo House is free from the morning of your check-in day, but it is a keypad corridor with motion-detect CCTV, not a staffed left-luggage room.
