Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.

Dawoohouse operates a self check-in system. Before arrival, we'll send you the door lock password and room information via email or messenger.

We accept PayPal, bank transfer, and on-site payments (cash or card). Please note that PayPal payments include a 10% surcharge, and on-site card payments include a 5% surcharge. Bank transfer and on-site cash payments have no additional fees.

Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in. 50% refund for cancellations 7-13 days before check-in. 25% refund for cancellations 2-6 days before check-in. No refund for cancellations within 1 day of check-in or no-shows.

Yes, each room has its own individual Wi-Fi for fast and uninterrupted internet access. The password can be found on the white sticker at the bottom of the router on the shelf in your room.

Yes, luggage storage is available. However, there is no dedicated luggage storage area. You can temporarily leave your bags in the corridor with password-protected access. The area is equipped with motion-detecting CCTV.

Take the Airport Railroad (AREX) from Incheon Airport and get off at Hongdae Station. Exit through Gate 3 or Gate 6, and it's about a 5-7 minute walk.

Yes, clean towels, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, toothbrush, and toothpaste are provided. A hair dryer and mirror are also available in each room.

The Two-Room Suite has a small kitchen. Other room types do not have kitchen facilities. However, a shared water purifier is available for all guests, located in the corridor on each floor.

Yes! You receive 3,000 points upon registration (valid for 7 days). You can earn additional points by writing reviews (text: 1,000P, with photos: 2,000P). Points can be used immediately for any reservation. Regular points are valid for 1 year.
