This is a semi-basement (banjiha) room. It has a half-level layout, so the normal-size window still allows ventilation.
Parking is not available.
The shower room is very compact, with only just enough space to shower.
Hold the toilet lever down until everything flushes completely. Do not put anything, including toilet paper, into the toilet. It uses a basement pump, and you may be liable for damage if it clogs or the pump breaks.
As a standalone annex it is fairly tolerant of noise, but please avoid excessive noise.
